Project Description: Construction of 134 residential apartments over 6 levels with basement car parking within the Parklands Estate development at Rouse Hill. The projectis a hybrid timber structure combining Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and lightweight load bearing timber LVL stud walls, the first of its kind in Australia. The project also utilises VIRIDI’s panelised building solutions including lightweight timber closed wall panels and pre-finished bathrooms pods.
